The voucher holder must contact the organizer at least 72 hours before the planned flight date. Redemption is simple and does not require any complicated formalities. Just contact the office and choose a date from the available calendar.
Changing the date is possible, but it must be reported well in advance, no later than two weeks before the selected date. If unfavorable weather conditions prevent the flight from taking place, a new, suitable date is automatically set. The voucher remains valid for 12 months, and you must contact the office no later than 2 months before the expiration date.
A voucher refund is possible within 14 days of purchase. After this period, the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or returned. Redemption of the voucher after the expiration date is not possible.

The exact location of balloon launches depends on the wind direction and is determined immediately before the flight. Due to airspace availability restrictions, balloon flights are conducted outside of large urban areas. In the case of private flights, there is an option to adjust the launch site to the individual preferences of the participants.
The holder of a hot air balloon flight voucher should contact the ProBallooning office at least 7 days before the planned flight.
When ordering a hot air balloon flight voucher, at least one full name of the recipient must be provided in the form.
Redeeming the voucher is very simple:
* in the event that weather conditions prevent the flight from taking place on the previously booked date, another date convenient for the passenger will be arranged.
The voucher is valid for 12 months. To redeem the voucher, the holder is required to contact the ProBallooning office no later than 2 months before the voucher’s expiration date.
You have the option to return the voucher within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, the cost of the voucher will be refunded in full, without any additional deductions for the labor costs of the Customer Service Department or the Accounting Department.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be returned. The company reserves the right to refuse to honor the voucher if its validity period has expired.
