The holder of a balloon flight voucher should contact the ProBallooning office at least 7 days before the planned flight.
When ordering a balloon flight voucher, you must provide at least one first and last name of the recipient in the form.
Redeeming the voucher is very simple:
* If weather conditions prevent the flight from taking place on the originally scheduled date, an alternative date convenient for the passenger will be arranged.
The voucher is valid for 12 months. To redeem the voucher, the holder is required to contact the ProBallooning office no later than 2 months before the voucher’s expiration date.
You have the option to return the voucher. In that case, a full refund will be issued without any deductions for Customer Service or Accounting Department fees.
After 14 days from purchase, the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash nor returned. The company reserves the right to refuse redemption of vouchers past their expiration date.
The exact location of balloon launches depends on the wind direction and is determined immediately before the flight. Due to limitations in the availability of airspace, balloon flights are carried out outside the areas of large urban areas. In the situation of private flights, there is an option to adjust the launch location to the individual preferences of the participants.

We will get back to you and confirm your reservation. Since the balloon flight is weather-dependent, the selected date is considered your preferred date. If the weather does not cooperate, we will do our best to reschedule your flight to the next convenient date. However, if we cancel your reservation and are unable to reschedule, we will refund your paid money. You can also choose to pay on the spot.
Continuous weather monitoring is necessary to conduct a safe flight. Based on it, we update the status of our flight. The update is sent according to the following schedule:

At the time given in the flight status update, our car will be waiting for you in front of the agreed location. The trip will take about 40-60 minutes.
It takes about 30 minutes to prepare the entire balloon for the flight. The pilot will do a pre-flight inspection of the equipment and give you instructions for boarding, the flight itself and landing. If you want, you can also help in putting up the balloon!
When the balloon is ready to take off, you will receive an invitation to step aboard.
Then we begin our journey through the sky! The pilot will start the burners, and the balloon will begin to rise into the air. Finding yourself in a wicker basket, you will feel surprised by the prevailing silence and the vastness of the space around you. The flight takes place at heights from the treetops up to 1 km above ground level. Admire the wildlife and the most magnificent corners of the Mazovian Plain, moving according to the direction and strength of the wind. Don’t forget to wave to the people watching you and take lots of photos!
After an hour or so of flying, the pilot begins to look for the ideal place to land safely. You will be instructed to take a “landing position” and await further instructions.
As a rule, the landing is soft, resembling a stopping elevator. However, the degree of softness depends on the strength of the wind. In stronger winds, you may experience a gentle jerk or, on rare occasions, a soft landing with a stall. All landings are fully controlled and safe, and stronger winds only add to the excitement of landing, increasing the pleasure for passengers. So you don’t have to fear anything!
Once safely on the ground, the pilot will pull out a bottle of champagne, glasses and flight certificates. Those experiencing balloon flight for the first time will be treated to a traditional aeronaut baptism ceremony.

The launch site is usually chosen a few hours before the flight when atmospheric conditions become more predictable.

Wind speed near the ground cannot exceed 10 kilometers per hour, which further influences the final choice of location.
The complete balloon trip requires reserving about three to four hours, although the flight itself lasts only one hour. The initial phase includes equipment preparation, which takes 20 to 40 minutes depending on balloon size and conditions. Passengers can watch the envelope being filled with air and burner installation; some are happy to assist the crew.
After landing, there is a traditional champagne ceremony and issuance of aeronautical certificates for first-timers. Packing up the balloon and returning to the meeting point takes another 30 to 60 minutes. Therefore, arriving early at the launch site is crucial to keep to the schedule of the entire trip.
The summer season features very specific launch times that occur just after dawn and about two hours before sunset. Morning air stability in summer provides optimal conditions without thermal turbulence that develops later in the day. Evening launches take advantage of when temperatures begin to drop and atmospheric activity decreases. Comfortable morning temperatures range between 59 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit, making the flight pleasant without needing excessive clothing.
Winter months offer much greater time flexibility, as flights can take place throughout the day. Denser winter air requires less energy to lift the balloon, resulting in longer flights with the same fuel consumption. However, winter days are shorter, which limits the total time window available for flights. Temperatures during winter excursions are significantly lower, so appropriate warm clothing becomes essential for passenger comfort.
Clothing should correspond to the season and time of the flight, just like during a regular outdoor walk. Long pants protecting the legs and a long-sleeved shirt form the basis of the wardrobe regardless of the season. Headwear is important both as protection from the sun in summer and from cold during cooler months. Sunglasses help observe the landscape without discomfort caused by bright light.
Footwear must be closed, comfortable, and have a flat sole to ensure stability in the basket. Landing may occur on uneven terrain, so shoes should protect feet well from potential sharp objects. An additional layer of clothing, such as a fleece or light jacket, is especially useful during evening flights when temperatures drop after sunset. Sportswear works better than elegant outfits because it provides freedom of movement when getting into the basket.

The winter season, lasting from November to March, involves greater logistical and weather challenges. Short winter days limit available time windows; however, clear air provides exceptional panoramic visibility. Autumn offers moderate temperatures and average visibility, although the risk of unfavorable weather increases during this period. Regardless of the season, every flight requires a thorough assessment of meteorological conditions immediately before takeoff.
Unfavorable weather conditions can completely prevent safe execution of a flight, requiring rescheduling to another date. Ground wind speeds exceeding 15 kilometers per hour are a primary disqualifying factor for balloon launch. Horizontal visibility less than five kilometers and cloud bases below 300 meters above ground also exclude flight.
Pilots continuously monitor weather forecasts, updating the flight status at least three days before the planned departure. The final decision is made several hours before departure, when passengers receive confirmation or cancellation information.
