Before booking a flight, it is important to familiarize yourself with a few basic requirements. These rules stem directly from aviation regulations and are intended to ensure the safety of all participants.
For safety reasons, pregnant women, children under 4 years of age, and individuals who have gone scuba diving within 48 hours before the flight are excluded from flying. The minimum passenger height is 110 cm. Individuals under 18 years of age may fly only in the presence of a guardian. There is no upper age limit; however, every passenger must be able to hold onto the handles in the basket and bend their legs during landing.
The weight limit for a standard seat is 120 kg. Exceeding this value incurs an additional fee of 25% of the ticket price.
Appropriate clothing significantly affects the comfort of the entire experience. We recommend attire suited to the season, which is comfortable and layered. A hat, a long-sleeved sweatshirt, and closed-toe shoes with flat soles will be useful. Sunglasses are highly recommended, especially during sunrise flights.

The exact location of balloon launches depends on the wind direction and is determined immediately before the flight. Due to airspace availability restrictions, balloon flights are conducted outside of large urban areas. In the case of private flights, there is an option to adjust the launch site to the individual preferences of the participants.
The holder of a hot air balloon flight voucher should contact the ProBallooning office at least 7 days before the planned flight.
When ordering a hot air balloon flight voucher, at least one full name of the recipient must be provided in the form.
Redeeming the voucher is very simple:
* in the event that weather conditions prevent the flight from taking place on the previously booked date, another date convenient for the passenger will be arranged.
The voucher is valid for 12 months. To redeem the voucher, the holder is required to contact the ProBallooning office no later than 2 months before the voucher’s expiration date.
You have the option to return the voucher within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, the cost of the voucher will be refunded in full, without any additional deductions for the labor costs of the Customer Service Department or the Accounting Department.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be returned. The company reserves the right to refuse to honor the voucher if its validity period has expired.
