Balloon flights are carried out all year round, regardless of the season. The only limitation is unfavorable weather conditions, such as strong wind or precipitation. In case of flight cancellation due to weather, a new, convenient date is set.
The voucher holder should register and contact the office no later than 2 months before the voucher expires. A flight date reservation must be requested at least 7 days before the planned launch. It is possible to change the date after prior contact, but no later than 72 hours before the scheduled flight day.
In case of unfavorable weather on the day of the flight, a new date is set at no additional cost. If the flight is canceled and rescheduling proves impossible, the full amount paid is refunded. For the first 14 days after purchase, the voucher is fully refundable, without any deductions.
Proper attire is the basis for comfort during a balloon flight. Comfortable clothing, adapted to the season, is recommended. Temperatures at an altitude of about 1 km can be lower than on the ground, especially early in the morning.

The exact location of balloon launches depends on the wind direction and is determined immediately before the flight. Due to airspace availability restrictions, balloon flights are conducted outside of large urban areas. In the case of private flights, there is an option to adjust the launch site to the individual preferences of the participants.
The holder of a hot air balloon flight voucher should contact the ProBallooning office at least 7 days before the planned flight.
When ordering a hot air balloon flight voucher, at least one full name of the recipient must be provided in the form.
Redeeming the voucher is very simple:
* in the event that weather conditions prevent the flight from taking place on the previously booked date, another date convenient for the passenger will be arranged.
The voucher is valid for 12 months. To redeem the voucher, the holder is required to contact the ProBallooning office no later than 2 months before the voucher’s expiration date.
You have the option to return the voucher within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, the cost of the voucher will be refunded in full, without any additional deductions for the labor costs of the Customer Service Department or the Accounting Department.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be returned. The company reserves the right to refuse to honor the voucher if its validity period has expired.

Your outfit for a hot air balloon flight should be, above all, comfortable and appropriate for the current season. At an altitude of about 1 km, the air temperature is lower than on the ground, especially during morning flights. It is highly recommended to bring a long-sleeved sweatshirt or a light jacket, even in the summer.
In addition to clothing, proper footwear is essential. You should choose closed-toe shoes with a flat sole, preferably sports or trekking shoes. Sandals, high heels, and flip-flops are not recommended for safety reasons. It is also worth bringing a hat and sunglasses, which protect your eyes and make it easier to enjoy the views.

The flight may also be rescheduled if the voucher holder requests it, provided this is done no later than 72 hours before the scheduled launch. In the event that a new date cannot be found, the full amount paid will be refunded.
