Every flight date is dependent on current weather conditions. The reservation status is updated regularly before the flight, and participants receive the exact time and meeting point along with confirmation. If weather prevents the flight from taking place, there is an option to choose a new date.
The voucher holder should contact the office at least 7 days before the planned flight. Changing the date is possible after prior contact, but no later than 72 hours before the scheduled flight day. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. To redeem the voucher, you must contact the office no later than 2 months before its expiration date.
When ordering a voucher, it is required to provide at least the first and last name of the recipient. A full refund for the voucher is possible without deductions, but only within 14 days of the purchase date. After this time, the voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Due to airspace availability restrictions, balloon flights are conducted outside of large urban areas. In the case of private flights, there is an option to adjust the launch site to the individual preferences of the participants.
The holder of a hot air balloon flight voucher should contact the ProBallooning office at least 7 days before the planned flight.
When ordering a hot air balloon flight voucher, at least one full name of the recipient must be provided in the form.
Redeeming the voucher is very simple:
* in the event that weather conditions prevent the flight from taking place on the previously booked date, another date convenient for the passenger will be arranged.
The voucher is valid for 12 months. To redeem the voucher, the holder is required to contact the ProBallooning office no later than 2 months before the voucher’s expiration date.
You have the option to return the voucher within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, the cost of the voucher will be refunded in full, without any additional deductions for the labor costs of the Customer Service Department or the Accounting Department.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be returned. The company reserves the right to refuse to honor the voucher if its validity period has expired.
