If there is a need to change the date, it is possible to reschedule after prior contact. The change must be reported no later than 72 hours before the scheduled flight time. The voucher holder should contact us at least 7 days before the planned flight. If weather conditions prevent the flight from taking place, a new, convenient date will be set.

When purchasing a voucher, at least one first and last name of the recipient must be provided. A refund for the voucher is possible within 14 days of purchase, in the full amount, without any deductions. After 14 days, the voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The exact location of balloon launches depends on the wind direction and is determined immediately before the flight. Due to airspace availability restrictions, balloon flights are conducted outside of large urban areas. In the case of private flights, there is an option to adjust the launch site to the individual preferences of the participants.
The holder of a hot air balloon flight voucher should contact the ProBallooning office at least 7 days before the planned flight.
When ordering a hot air balloon flight voucher, at least one full name of the recipient must be provided in the form.
Redeeming the voucher is very simple:
* in the event that weather conditions prevent the flight from taking place on the previously booked date, another date convenient for the passenger will be arranged.
The voucher is valid for 12 months. To redeem the voucher, the holder is required to contact the ProBallooning office no later than 2 months before the voucher’s expiration date.
You have the option to return the voucher within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, the cost of the voucher will be refunded in full, without any additional deductions for the labor costs of the Customer Service Department or the Accounting Department.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be returned. The company reserves the right to refuse to honor the voucher if its validity period has expired.
